Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan

Nutrition? What is this stands for? Do we need this in everyday life? Why? How we can manage well our good nutrtion? Were we able to have a better life if we have a good nutritin? How come?
Last friday we were celebrated the nutrition day which entitled "WASTONG NUTRISYON KAILANGAN, LIFESTYLE DISEASES IWASAN"..
In making our life good and comfortable, there's a such thing that were going to do. We were able to avoid all kind of diseases if we have a good nutrition. Eating vegetables are one on how to avoid sick, also meat but not too much because it may also cause a high cholosterol level. Also cleaning our sorroundings are one on how to avoid diseases..Do not drink alchoholic drinks because we were able also get a diseases from it.
So we must be careful to ourselves so that we were be okey in our everyday life. And also we will have a longer life span.
